NO, I did not consult with them, but their CEO, Brad Anderson, has applied 3/4 of the EXACT same principles to grow from a small regional electronics chain to THE global power they now are. The following are excerpts taken from the forward of a GREAT book, "Why Work Sucks and How to Fix It" by Cali Ressler and Jody Thompson. The CEO of Best Buy, Brad Anderson, is talking about a system that is based on results not on punching a time clock.
