We use words like "workshops" and "training" because people relate to those terms. The fact is traditional workshops and training are pretty much a waste of time and money. To be effective, our approach is essentially group coaching.  Challenging, practical, highly interactive with follow up and progress checks on APPLYING what is learned built in.  We see lot's of leaders and managers with 25 "leadership books" and seminar workbooks on their shelves not using a single paragraph out of any of them!

We recommend completely custom built workshops as you have read in other sections of our site. That being said we have had many clients request some tailoring of "existing workshops".  So since we only exist because of our clients we have responded.
