Unlike so many other methodologies the Winslow Dynamic Profile is provided to you directly NOT through the coach.  This is written and designed to be a tool for you first and foremost. 

All that being said we do not blindly follow formal assessments, they are one aspect of effective coaching. When combined with subjective and objective opinions based on more than 25 years of successful coaching and mentoring experience and the desires and needs of the client, a clear road map emerges. This is not about making you something you are not, this is about maximizing your effectiveness by helping increase focus, self awareness, emotional control and  making your communications more effective.
